This gluten-free treat is delicious and relatively low-sugar and high-protein. It is egg-free and can be made with a substitution of non-dairy milk to be dairy-free (and vegan) as well. It's sweet and tasty without being overly sweet, and it works well as a breakfast, a side dish, or even a dessert. This one is a personal favorite at my household!

¾ cup almond flour
½ cup rolled oats, ground into oat flour(use a food processor)
